Honor Team Member Spotlight: Tom Strat

Tom Strat has served as a Site Superintendent for Honor Construction since the spring of 2022. His father was an architect, which led to his interest in pursuing a career in construction. He grew up building, so this path was a natural choice.

A typical day for Tom involves problem solving, scheduling, and coordinating projects. The company name, Honor, really resonates with him, and what he likes most about working there is the people. He finds the 3D design program SketchUp useful in his day-to-day work, and recommends that those interested in the construction industry learn it, too.

When not at work, Tom plays hockey and enjoys photography and hanging out with his family. His fuel of choice is coffee with cream.
