PALACE FLOPHOUSE SALON
THE OPPORTUNITY
As both a local to the Wealthy Street area and a business owner, the building was perfect for Ann Van Weaver’s salon. She wanted her salon to be trendy and make creative use of the space. It was important to Ann that her salon match her own vision, as well as the mood of the neighborhood. That’s how she came across Honor Construction.
Timeline: 12 WEEKS
Scope: TOTAL RENOVATION
MAKING IT HAPPEN
The space was almost completely bare when Honor Construction began this project. Meaning? There was a lot of work to do... and a lot of opportunity. Building a salon space requires keen attention to small details that are crucial to the salon’s daily operations. Honor Construction rose to the occasion. The team transformed the once bleak space into a sleek salon, complete with pony walls, hardwood flooring, and bright light fixtures to accompany large round mirrors at each individual workstation.

WHAT THE CLIENT HAD TO SAY
"It’s kind of one of those things where all the stars aligned and everything became easy. The construction progressed naturally and organically. Honor was very transparent and easy to get a hold of. They were up really up for the challenge of doing a more creative buildout and didn’t try to steer us away from them."
