THE TIMELINE & SCOPE
Early 2019 - Mid 2020
Two new-build, 7,500 square-feet mirrored buildings of dementia care facilities in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Residential in style yet with commercial infrastructure and comfortable and safe
amenities. A highly designed access and egress system along with a great and secure exterior courtyard brought a rare comfort to the tenants on their memory care journey
MAKING IT HAPPEN
Significant challenges in earthwork, city design fire
ratings, COVID manpower, and material lead times gave this project some delays that we mitigated through great owner communication and vetted processes.
